Well, I've been playing around with my wax all week and this is my latest offering. The trees are a Clarity stamp which I stamped onto glossy card with Adirondack Espresso ink. Both pieces are mounted on gold mirror card and the greeting is stamped and embossed in gold. I am quite enjoying revisiting this technique and hope to make some more cards with this medium while the Muse is on my shoulder!

Stunning cards you make Shairon! Thanks for stopping by. Good luck and have a great weekend.
Thanks everyone for your lovely kind comments. I really appreciate them! xx
This card is fantastic. You are so talented! I browsed back on your posts and saw Teddy in the snow. It is true about the snow clinging to their little legs. I have to wrap my Teddy in a Turkish towel to defrost and then the bath. LOL Hugs, Sharon
stunning stunning encaustic, you are so inspiring Shairon, if only I had more time and space to play with my encaustics again.
I just wanted to let you know i have a gorgeous background freebie on my Dezinaworld blog at the moment but it will be gone at the end of the week so please pop by and grab it before its gone. Have a great week.If you get chance to mention it on your blog that would be appreciated too but only if you have the time of course.
hugs June
Fabulous work Shairon. Perhaps you could explain the technique a little more! I would love to have a go at it but no-one here seems to do it much.

Janet, thanks for the compliment. Just search in Youtube for encaustic art and you'll find loads of wonderful vids. Best website is encaustic.com. He has printable course notes for free.
